What is the Fasah platform? How do you authorize a customs broker on it?
Fasah Platform is a national system for import and export. It represents a qualitative leap in the import and export clearance system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Since we are now in the era of digital clearance, the Fasah platform saves hours compared to traditional customs clearance procedures.
Also, Fasah aims to build an integrated single window for the secure electronic exchange of data, thereby facilitating the movement of goods through customs ports. This enhances international investors’ confidence in the Fasah system within the Kingdom. Moreover, Fasah serves as a unified portal through a website, allowing users to submit import and export documents electronically without needing to visit government agencies — thus speeding up the customs clearance process.
Fasah is also linked with many relevant government entities, such as the Saudi Food and Drug Authority and the Ministry of Environment, Water, and Agriculture. This integration enables full electronic handling and tracking of transactions through the platform.

- Create electronic accounts for exporters and importers on the platform
