We are committed to providing professional and secure shipping services, with full adherence to applicable customs, local, and international regulations.
In line with our commitment to transparency and to avoid any misunderstandings, delays, or unexpected costs, we kindly ask our valued clients to carefully review the terms and conditions outlined below, which form an integral part of the service agreement.

1. Payment
- A 30% advance payment of the total shipping cost is required upon booking confirmation.
- The remaining 70% must be paid before issuing the shipping bill of lading.
- The validity period of the quotation is 3 days unless otherwise specified.
2. Offer Acceptance and Cancellation

The offer is considered accepted upon confirmation via:
- Email,
- Written approval,
- WhatsApp application.

Cancellation after approval will incur:
- Administrative fees,
- Cancellation fees depending on the case.
3. Pricing and Technical Details

Prices are based on:
- Invoice,
- Proforma invoice,
- Packing list,
- Or purchase order.
- If there are discrepancies in actual data (weight, volume, address, etc.), additional fees will apply.
- Excess weight fees are calculated and applied based on actual data.
4. Customs Documents

To expedite customs clearance, please provide:
- SABER certificate,
- Commercial invoice,
- Required certificates and proofs.

Delays in submitting documents will lead to:
- Port delay fees,
- Container detention fees (paid by the client based on actual receipts).

It is mandatory to provide:
- Customs authorization letter,
- Copy of commercial registration.
- All original documents must be submitted 2 to 3 days before the expected arrival date.
- Badr Company is not responsible for fees resulting from any delay in document submission.
5. Port and Unloading Fees
- Port and unloading fees apply according to official entity invoices.
- In case of inspection or verification, the client will be notified and charged additional fees per receipt.
- For laboratory testing, the client is responsible for sample collection.
6. Customs and Taxes
- Customs clearance and port handling fees are payable after arrival.
- Import/export taxes and fees, if applicable, must be paid in advance.
- All customs fees are paid directly by the client.
7. Transportation and Loading
- Allowed time for loading or unloading goods is 4 hours; afterward, waiting fees apply.
- If the container is unloaded and loaded later, additional transport fees apply.
- Peak season surcharges apply on transport fees.
- This offer does not include loading or unloading fees at the client’s site.
- Execution of transport depends on availability of equipment and space at the carrier at the booking time.
- Power and socket fees for refrigerated containers: SAR 250/day (calculated based on actual use).
8. Insurance and Reservations
- All documents must be sent and received by Badr Company at least 8 days before the ship’s departure or arrival date.
- Container booking is confirmed after 100% payment of the booking value.
- Insurance is arranged by the sender or receiver unless requested from the company.
9. Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods:
- Cheque,،
- Cash
- Bank transfer.
- Payment processing times vary depending on the method: 2 to 7 working days.
- All our services are subject to 15% VAT.
10. Additional Expenses
- Airport or airline storage fees (if any) will be invoiced later.
- Any other additional expenses not mentioned will be charged as per official receipts.
- Unloading fees at the delivery site must be arranged directly by the receiver.

For commercial shipments, the receiver must have:
- A valid commercial license,
- A valid import number.
